If the engine is out of the car, I would go with the manifolds first; everything else can be done piecemeal as your budget allows, with the engine still in the car. From previous postings, you can get huge gains with the 2.5 inch piping and larger intercoolers with 2.5 inch inlet/outlet. Obviously you need larger injectors and the ECU programming to support them. FWIW, I found the Selin translator gave a nice jump in the midrange and improved drivability even with the stock piping.
